Mead tasting
We arrange mead tastings for 1–15 people. You lead the tasting yourselves, guided by our printed mead folder. Five 8 cl pours of different meads, 345 SEK per person.

A dining room for your party
In our separate room, Adelssalen, your party of up to 52 guests has a private space — perfect for meetings, talks or private celebrations. The room is painted after a model from Florence, painted in 1370.
For larger parties we recommend our gille.
In the Middle Ages the most extraordinary meals were held, where thousands of animals could be served in pomp and splendour to mark an occasion. We follow in the footsteps of those feasts with our group menu, Bondens gille — the peasants' feast — served as a buffet at your table. It can of course be combined with suckling pig for an extra sense of medieval luxury.
Suckling pig
Whole roasted suckling pig served with three sides, from 2,900 SEK. The pig weighs around 5–7 kg and is ample for 5–6 people. Booking and enquiries must be made at least two weeks in advance. Email us for information and booking.
Fantasy beasts
Medieval people loved to disguise food as something else. Meat can look like fruit, fish like peas. We are of course happy to offer this experience to you and your friends — two suckling pigs transformed into St George and the Dragon, perhaps?
