Stone muffles sound. From another room the music comes through the archways faintly, enough to know something is going on but not enough to interrupt the conversation at your table. To hear it properly, go to our stage, Forum Vulgaris.
How the evenings work
Bands usually play from nine onwards, after dinner. No entry fee and no booking. Just come along.
If you want to eat first, book a table earlier in the evening so you are still seated when the music starts.

Thursday: board games night
Alphaspel keep us stocked with board games, and
the shelf is out all evening.
Bring your own if you prefer.

Four courses of medieval Christmas food, served at the table.
À la carte is served as usual the same evening.
